Welcome to Selira. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "your", "User") and Selira ("we", "us", "our") that governs your access to and use of the Selira website, AI girlfriend experiences, chat features, model profiles, related media and any other services we offer (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using Selira. By accessing or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

Selira is an entertainment platform that brings together 16 fictional AI girlfriends, each with her own personality, story and visual style. The Service is intended for adult audiences who enjoy virtual companionship, interactive storytelling and AI-driven conversations. The Service is not a dating site, an escort service, a mental-health platform or a substitute for any real human relationship. We have built Selira to be playful, private and consensual, and we expect every User to interact with the same spirit.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using Selira immediately, close your account if you have one, and refrain from accessing any part of the Service. Your continued use of Selira constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any updates we publish from time to time.

Detailed Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing Selira you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Selira on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Age Verification. Selira is intended for adults only. We may, at any time, request additional verification to confirm your age. If you fail to provide reasonable proof, we may suspend or terminate your access without notice.
3. Account Registration. When creating an account you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep it updated. You may not impersonate any other person or use a name that you are not authorized to use.
4. Account Security. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. One Account Per User. Each User may maintain a single personal account. Sharing accounts, reselling access or creating multiple accounts to abuse free features is strictly prohibited.
6. Acceptable Use. You agree to use Selira only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not harass, threaten, defame, stalk or otherwise harm any person or entity, including AI characters and our staff.
7. Prohibited Content. You will not upload, share or attempt to generate content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, sexually exploitative of minors, violent, hateful, deceptive or that violates the rights of any third party.
8. Prohibited Activities. You will not attempt to scrape the Service, reverse-engineer our models, bypass technical limitations, probe for vulnerabilities or use automated tools to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
9. AI Companions Are Fictional. All Selira girlfriends are fictional characters. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental and unintended.
10. No Real Relationship. Selira provides entertainment and companionship only. The Service is not a substitute for human relationships, therapy, medical advice, legal advice or any other professional service.
11. Crisis Disclaimer. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental-health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services. Selira is not designed for crisis support.
12. Intellectual Property. The Selira brand, logo, name, design, artwork, characters, code, copy and any other content provided through the Service are owned by Selira or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
13. License to You. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Selira for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
14. User-Generated Content. If you submit messages, prompts, images or other content to Selira, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, reproduce and adapt that content for the purpose of operating, improving and securing the Service.
15. Feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, ideas or improvements you share with us may be used by Selira freely, without any obligation or compensation to you.
16. Payments & Billing. Paid features, if offered, will be billed through trusted third-party payment processors. All charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
17. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal date through your account settings.
18. Trials & Promotions. Free trials and promotional offers may have specific eligibility conditions, time limits or feature restrictions. These will be disclosed clearly at the moment of sign-up.
19. Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties and government charges associated with your use of paid features, except for taxes based on Selira's net income.
20. Service Changes. We may modify, add, suspend or discontinue any feature, model or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
21. Beta Features. Experimental or beta features are provided "as is", may contain bugs and may be changed or removed at any time without liability.
22. Termination by You. You may stop using Selira at any time and request account deletion via the Contact page.
23. Termination by Us. We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have breached these Terms or acted in a way that is harmful to other Users, our characters or the Service.
24. Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, indemnity, liability, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
25. Disclaimers. Selira is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
26. Availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
27. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selira and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
28. Aggregate Cap. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Selira in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
29. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Selira, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
30. Third-Party Services. Selira may integrate or link to third-party services (payment processors, analytics, hosting providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
31. Export Controls & Sanctions. You agree to comply with all applicable export laws, trade sanctions and embargoes when using the Service.
32. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Selira is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
33. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
34. No Class Actions. To the extent allowed by law, you waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action or representative proceeding against Selira.
35. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
36. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
37. No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
38. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional notices we publish, constitute the entire agreement between you and Selira regarding the Service.
39. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
